Return Policy

To request a return, the customer has 15 business days from the date of purchase. Our team will review the condition of the garment and, if everything is correct, the return process will be carried out.

SIZE EXCHANGES

To request a size exchange, contact us by email (monr@monr.es) or through the store chat, specifying the order number (#XXXX), the item you wish to exchange, and the size you would like instead.

1.- You must place the items to be returned in their bag with their tags.
2.- The courier will deliver the new package with the selected size and collect the items to be returned.

RETURNS

At MONR we offer several options:

1.- EXCHANGE FOR A GIFT VOUCHER:

We offer you the possibility of exchanging unwanted items for a voucher with a value equal to that of the returned items, with no expiration date.
