Return Policy

To make a return, the customer has 15 business days from the purchase date. Our team will review the condition of the garment and if everything is in order, the return process will proceed.

SIZE EXCHANGES

To make a size exchange, contact us via email (monr@monr.es) or through the store chat, specifying the order number (#XXXX), the garment you wish to exchange, and the size you want.

1.- You must place the items to be returned in their bag with their tags.
2.- The delivery person will give you the new package with the selected size and collect the items to be returned.

RETURNS

At MONR we offer several options:

1.- EXCHANGE FOR A GIFT VOUCHER:

We offer you the possibility to exchange unwanted items for a voucher with a value equal to that of the returned items, with no expiration date.
